What happens to what you send me.
Short version: I use it to reply about your project, and nothing else. Updated Oct 28, 2026.
What I collect
Only what you choose to send through the project form or by email: your name, email, business, the task you want automated, and any details you add. Please don’t include passwords, API keys or your customers’ personal information.
Why
To read your request, reply to you and, if we work together, plan the project. I won’t add you to a mailing list or send marketing emails unless you separately ask for them, and I never sell or share your details.
How it’s handled
I read and answer every request myself. The tools involved:
- Youform collects the form answers.
- Google Sheets and Gmail store the request and my replies, in a sheet only I can open.
These services may store data outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long I keep it
If we don’t end up working together, I delete your request within 12 months. If we do, I keep what the project needs for as long as I’m supporting it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you at any time. Email christerreyestrada@gmail.com and I’ll take care of it within 30 days.
